Over the last year, 33 churches and organizations throughout Michiana have joined the Michiana Prays prayer initiative. We know God is at work in our region and are thankful for what He has done and expectant at what He is going to do in Michiana as His people pray.
Come join us for this special luncheon as we share the vision of this 24/7 prayer movement, celebrate what God has done over the past year and look ahead to 2027. Joining us as guest speaker will be Bob Bakke.

Bob Bakke is a graduate of Taylor University and Gordon-Conwell
Theological Seminary. Until 2022, Bob was the senior pastor of Hillside
Church in Minneapolis, MN. For most of his sixteen years at Hillside, he was heard on radio each Sunday. He and his wife, Sally, now live in Vero Beach, FL. They have four married children — a daughter, three sons, and ten grandchildren.
Bob also spent fourteen years serving Connecticut and New Jersey
churches, then twelve years as an Executive Director of the Evangelical Free Church of America promoting prayer and spiritual awakening. He is a historian, a published author, and a producer.
Over the course of nearly twenty-five years, Bob produced such annual
events as The Nationally Broadcast Concert of Prayer; an award-winning radio, television, and Internet simulcast on the evening of The National Day of Prayer, and the Global Day of Prayer, a movement he helped found that mobilized prayer movements, stadium events, and television, radio, and Internet broadcasts across 220 nations and territories.
Bob annually produces The Collegiate Day of Prayer, which aired from Asbury University at the height of its revival, and then, subsequently, from Baylor University, Texas A&M, and Liberty University. He bears firsthand witness to God’s recent stirrings on our college campuses.
